Driving, Drivers

Driving, Drivers
Do people change behind the wheel, I do not think so. I think that their true personality shows when they are driving. If a person has a “reckless” personality, then they will probably be more reckless behind the wheel. But yet this could all change in a moments notice. It could change by getting their first ticket, or first accident. Ten you have the careful people who do as they are supposed to and they have a lean driving record.
Mostly I think what defines the type of vehicle one drives is the type of person themselves. That alones shows what kind of person they are. I can guarantee that that is on stereotype that is just a bout always true. It just seems that a person drive a vehicle that fits him or her. That is what I think defines a driver. The car they drive and their personality.
To be honest with you I never really gave this mush thought. The only time I even consider other drives is when I am on the road myself and I only am trying to observe their physical and current actions because then I can base my actions off of their’s so I can continue on being a good safe driver.

Dear Mr. Mannion,
I am not one to complain, but this blog topic was terrible. Now I am not one to complain, but really, this was a hard topic to write 500 words about. It is not that it is not a good or relevant topic, but I think that this topic would be better for a group discussion, and not for a personal write. Why do I think that this topic would be best as a group talk, well, because of the fact that it incorporates a broad range of views and ideas. In one sense sure, it sounds like a great topic for someone to freely write about, for someone to open up with or to vent, but for me, I think that it is just really hard to write about it. Right now, I am sure it sounds like I am just complaining and trying to take up space to get to my 500 word count. And it seems like I am being lazy and not really putting all that much thought into it. Yet in all reality, I enjoy writing for you. I really do. Why, because you almost always seem to have good, interesting, personal topics that make you think about yourself and others. And I like that. I like writing about myself and kind of almost finding myself, and other times you gave me a topic I was able to write about it. But the one think that I think I like the most is that I can ask, or sometimes I don’t even have to ask you, but I get honest feed back and I like that. When I write, I try to act like I am in a conversation, and I can almost always rely on you to listen and consider what someone says, which is another thing I like about you. All in all, I would just like to have another good topic for next week.
Thank you

  1. Thanks for the feedback, John. I understand the argument you are making, hopefully you find the future topics to be more worthwhile.
